Abstract: UK: У роботі поставлено проблему контрактної взаємодії у практичному консалтингу. Висвітлено основні підходи до практики укладання контракту на консалтингові послуги. Проаналізовано фактори,що впливають на якість консалтингової послуги та на довгострокові взаємовідносини між консультантом та клієнтом. Окреслено функції контракту на надання консалтингових послугу, наведено типову структуру контракту на надання консалтингових послуг. EN: The problem of contractual interaction in practical consulting is put into practice. The main approaches to the practice of concluding a contract for consulting services are highlighted. The factors influencing the quality of consulting services and the long-term relationship between the consultant and the client are analyzed. The functions of the contract for the provision of consulting services, the typical contract structure for consulting services are outlined. The article is devoted to the development of the consulting services market. Consulting belongs to intangible services and occupies a leading position in the sales structure of developed countries. In today's economic context, consulting services are of particular importance because they are one of the most dynamic activities in the information services sector. Consulting means professional assistance and support for management innovation in agricultural enterprises. Consulting in agrarian service is aimed at: increasing competitiveness; expansion of product range; project management; customer relations management; organization of business processes; development and implementation of modern production and sales management techniques using the Internet; diversification of activities; development of agrarian enterprise brand strategy; brand management. The most important feature of consulting is the very close cooperation between clients and consultants, which is due to the high personalization of consulting services. Studies have shown that consulting in agrarian services should address issues that are primarily about enhancing the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises. For effective work, consultants need to develop long-term partnerships with clients through the provision of high quality services. One of the important conditions for the development of such relations is the conclusion of a contract for the provision of consulting services. Clearly documented terms of cooperation and stated client expectations will facilitate close contact between providers and consumers of consulting services and will ensure the success of consulting projects.
