Abstract

UK: Молочне скотарство на сучасному етапі розвитку тваринництва серед чисельної низки галузей посідає провідне місце в забезпеченні продовольчої безпеки України. Пріоритетним завданням фахівців і вчених, зайнятих у молочній галузі, для стабільного забезпечення населення молочними продуктами, є створення спеціалізованих молочних комплексів з виробництва молока, де технологія його виробництва, машини та обладнання відповідали б сучасному європейському рівню і забезпечували отримання високоякісного й прибуткового молока. Машинне доїння – один із найскладніших виробничих процесів на молочних фермах і промислових комплексах. Ефективність цього технологічного процесу залежить від низки чинників, пов’язаних з фізіологічним станом тварини. На частку цього процесу припадає близько 50 % загальних трудових витрат з обслуговування корів. Машинне доїння полегшує працю операторів і підвищує їх продуктивність у декілька разів, дає змогу отримати чисте, високоякісне молоко при низькій його собівартості. Але, незважаючи на широке поширення машинного доїння, нерідко воно виявляється неефективним, призводить до зниження продуктивності тварин, захворювання вимені і погіршення якості молока. Дослідження процесу механічної стимуляції вимені і визначення залежності рівня окситоцину і молоковіддачі від наявності переддоїльної стимуляції показує, що від проведення переддоїльної стимуляції перед доїнням протягом однієї хвилини отримуємо наступний ефект: молоковіддача почалася одразу у момент «0». Це означає відсутність затримки молоковіддачі між надходженням молока з цистерн і надходженням молока з альвеол. Механічна стимуляція молоковіддачі сприяє повнішому спорожненню вимені і збільшенню продуктивності корів, дозволяє стабільніше готувати вим'я до доїння і збільшити продуктивність доїльної установки на 10,4%. The priority task of specialists and scientists engaged in the dairy industry for the stable supply of dairy products to the population is the creation of specialized dairy complexes for the production of milk, where its production technology, machinery and equipment would correspond to the modern European level and ensure high-quality and profitable milk. Machine milking is one of the most complex production processes on dairy farms and industrial complexes. The effectiveness of this process depends on a number of factors related to the physiological state of the animal. This process accounts for about 50% of the total labor costs for servicing cows. Milking machine facilitates the work of operators and increases their productivity several times, allows you to get clean, high quality milk at low cost. But, despite the widespread use of machine milking, it often turns out to be ineffective, leading to a decrease in animal productivity, an udder disease and a deterioration in the quality of milk. The study of the process of mechanical stimulation of the udder and the determination of the dependence of the level of oxytocin and milk yield on the presence of milking stimulation shows that we obtain the following effect from milk pre-milking stimulation before milking for one minute: milk production began immediately at the moment “0”. This means that there is no delay in milk transfer between the flow of milk from the tanks of the udder and the flow of milk from the alveoli. Mechanical stimulation of milk transfer contributes to a more complete emptying of the udder and an increase in the productivity of cows, allows preparing the udder for milking, and increases the productivity of the milking unit by 10.4%.
