Abstract

UK: У статті проаналізований підхід до сутності та змісту само менеджменту, як засобу ефективності саморозвитку менеджера, а також володіння основами самоменеджменту з точки зору різних вчених. Розглянуті погляди дослідників в частині концептуальних основ самоменеджменту. Обґрунтовано необхідність організації самоменеджменту в сучасних умовах економіки. EN: The article considers the concept of "Self-management" as an ability to manage its development and self-development. The conceptual approaches of scientists to self-management are considered. Self-management is a relative new direction in management. Self-management is now becoming an actual phenomenon in the face of the constant employment of a person, and after all, as a rule, people do not like to set times and live according to schedule, but without any aspirations or plans, life loses every sense and achievement of anything be-comes impossible at all. Self-management should be understood as the alternate and purposeful use of effective ways, techniques and technologies of self-realization and self-development of the manager, as an acceptable and reasonable use of labor and personal time. Primary functions of self-management - setting goals, drawing up plans, taking deci-sions, implementing and organizing, monitoring, information and communication.
