Проблеми та тенденції інноваційного розвитку промислових підприємств України

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено проблеми та основні тенденції інноваційного розвитку промислових підриємств по регіонах України. Наведені основні показники інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств. Проаналізовано обсяги витрат та джерела фінансування інноваційної діяльності за останні 7 років. Визначенні основні групи чинників, які перешкоджають здійсненню інноваційної діяльності в промисловості.EN: Setting objectives. Economic growth of the countries depends considerably on the innovative activity of business structures, on their aspirations, efforts and ability to use in their activity the newest technologies, creatively approach to the definition of ways to meet the needs of consumers, on the basis of which to improve and update the products, obtaining higher incomes and strengthening their market positions. Research results. According to the Global Innovation Index 2018, Ukraine has risen to seven positions in the innovative ranking Global Innovation Index, ranking 43th. Among the regions in 2017, higher than the average in Ukraine was the share of innovative enterprises in Kharkiv, Ternopil, Mykolaiv, Cherkasy, Kirovograd, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zaporozhye, Sumy regions. The largest percentage of industrial enterprises that introduced innovations was in 2016 - 16.6%. It should be noted that this year there was the largest number of implemented new technological processes and implemented innovations production. In innovation of the enterprise in 2017 spent 9.1 billion UAH, including for the purchase of machines, equipment and software - 5.9 billion UAH. or 64.7% of the total amount of innovative expenditures, for internal and external research and development - UAH 2.2 billion, which is 23.8% of innovation costs, for acquisition of other external knowledge (acquisition of new technologies) - 21.8 UAH million (0.2%). Conclusions: It should be noted that in comparison with other countries in Ukraine, the level of innovation activity of industrial enterprises remains rather low. This indicator is negatively influenced by the crisis processes in the domestic economy. The containment of innovative activity of industrial enterprises of Ukraine is explained, first of all, by the limited sources of its financing.
