Abstract

UK: Розглядаються питання розвитку системи регіонального управління. Висвітлюється сутність державної регіональної політики, її найважливіші завдання та напрями, складові системи державного управління регіональним розвитком. У статті досліджуються концептуальні засади розбудови в Україні інституту регіонального управління, що відповідатиме вітчизняним традиціям врядування та європейським стандартам. EN: The current state of development of our country is complicated by the objective need for the urgent introduction of a complex of reforms in all spheres of life of Ukrainian society, in particular, state and regional governance. However, the interconnectivity of socio-economic processes at different levels, the irreversible impact of globalization trends on the social and economic spheres, which continue to be tirelessly integrated into world space, lead to the search for solving individual problems of regional development as independent ' the objects of the study are ineffective and doomed to fail in the long run. Today, the task of scientifically substantiated detection and overcoming of problems of functioning of an integrated system of regional management in its interrelation with the national system and the external environment is the dominant role. Today, the solution to the problems of regional governance is extremely important, because it covers all spheres of society's life, taking into account regional and local peculiarities. Simultaneous and accelerated implementation of political, administrative and municipal reforms in Ukraine changes the format of relations between regions with the center and introduces new requirements for state regional policy. In contemporary scientific literature on state governance, which deals with regional development, there is an understanding of fundamental changes that began with changes in the model of the world economy, and today affect the ways of stimulating the regional and local economies by state authorities. The formation of a state regional policy in Ukraine should be carried out on a new basis, involving public relations actors at the regional and local levels, including territorial communities, executive bodies, non-governmental organizations, business entities, and regional elites.
