Теоретичні засади конкурентоспроможного розвитку фермерських господарств

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню теоретичних засад конкурентоспроможного функціонування фермерських господарств. Автор акцентує увагу на товарному аспекті ведення економічної діяльності даних суб’єктів аграрного підприємництва. В статті розглядається вплив підприємницьких та особистісних факторів на розвиток конкурентоспроможного функціонування фермерського господарства. Запропоновано основні засади конкурентоспроможної економічної діяльності фермерських господарств. Обґрунтовано базові складові економічної категорії «конкурентоспроможне фермерське господарство».The article is devoted to the theoretical foundations of the competitive functioning of farms. The article points to the need for new scientific approaches to study the socio-economic nature of farming. The author agrees with the need for analysis of the use of the resource potential for conclusions about the nature of the farm. However, according to the author, the more informative is the comparison of efficiency of use of land, property and labor resources in the enterprise and relevant indicators on the regional level. This approach is particularly relevant to assess the functioning of family farms which are being considered as one of the main directions of development of domestic farming, increase the level of efficiency of the industry and improving the socio-economic condition of rural areas. Defining business unit as "competitive farming", we have taken into account the following components of functioning of this type of agricultural enterprises. 1. Ensuring that the appropriate level of marketability of production, goods and services. 2. Family labor form of management as a basic component of economic activities. 3. The competitiveness of any enterprise is determined not by the amount of resources used in the process of economic activities, and the result of their use in comparison with similar results of potential competitors. The author focuses on commodity aspect of the management of economic entities in the agricultural business. The article examines the impact of business and personal factors on the development of the competitive functioning ofthe farm. The basic foundations of a competitive economic activities of farms.
