Професійна компетентність майбутніх економістів у процесі вивчення дисципліни українська мова за професійним спрямуванням

Abstract

UK: У статті розглядаються теоретичні основи, принципи та педагогічні умови розвитку академічної самооцінки як компонента професійної компетентності майбутніх економістів в ході української професійної орієнтації в середній школі. Дослідження визначається тим, що соціально-економічні та політичні зміни в Україні призвели до збільшення попиту на економічні системи професійної освіти. У концепції модернізації української освіти вказує на необхідність підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців у сфері економіки, здатних ефективно працювати з профілем на базі міжнародних стандартів, соціально і професійно мобільного, готового до постійного професійного зростання. EN:The article examines the theoretical foundations, principles and pedagogical conditions of academic self's development as a component of professional competence of future economists during the course of Ukrainian professional orientation in high school. Relevance of the study determined that the socio-economic and political changes in Ukraine resulted in increasing demands for the economic system of vocational education. The concept of modernization of Ukrainian education indicates the need for training highly qualified specialists in the sphere of economy, able to work effectively with a profile on the international standards, socially and professionally mobile, ready to continuous professional development. Therefore, you must search for new methodological approaches and provide maintenance of the content of higher education considering switching to tiered system of training future professionals within specific subjects. Note that for a successful professional in a market economy Ukraine economist should be well informed, professionally competent, able to make decisions flexibly respond to changes in the economy. It must have sufficient skills and business skills, have developed professional quality that is so necessary in overcoming difficulties identifying and addressing key issues related to the formation and development of the company. However, analysis of the practice of universities shows a lack of attention to the issue of the formation of self as a student and as a basis for the acquisition of professional competence.
