Особливості використання земельних ресурсів у фермерських господарствах

Abstract

UK: В статі проаналізовано специфіку використання земельних ресурсів в системі фермерських господарств. Обґрунтовано роль земельних ресурсів як однієї з базових складових ефективного розвитку сільськогосподарського виробництва. Досліджено сучасні особливості використання земельних ресурсів у фермерських господарствах. Визначено фактори, що негативно впливають на рівень ефективності землекористування фермерських господарств. Проаналізовано перспективи розвитку фермерських господарств в умовах агресивного конкурентного середовища. Сформульовано інституційні заходи щодо оптимізації використання земельних ресурсів суб’єктами малого аграрного підприємництва. EN: Subject of article - researching features the use of the resource potential on farms. The author has analyzed the specifics of land use by farmers. The author proved that the level of use of land resources in agricultural production is a major factor of efficiency. Results of the study of dynamics of cropping patterns showed the nature of their use. The author showed that grain and industrial crops are grown by farmers particularly hard. The author drew attention to the environmental hazard of a large amount of agricultural land, on which commercial crops are sown. Results of the analysis of the dynamics of land farming structures show that their economic activity is not fully independent. Large brokers have a huge impact on the nature and direction of the farm. They determine the price policy and the range of products for farmers. The author pointed out the inadmissibility of preservation of a given situation. The author proposed a number of measures that can improve the competitiveness of farms, to encourage them to diversify their production and business activities. These factors are: the protective policy of the state, the active introduction of new technologies, training for small and medium-sized businesses.
