Соціальні інвестиції: сутність, стан та особливості здійснення на селі

Abstract

UK: Надане визначення соціальних інвестицій як таких, що спрямовуються на розвиток об’єктів соціального середовища, до основних об’єктів якого віднесено соціальну інфраструктуру, соціальні стандарти, а також людський та соціальний капітал. Визначені сучасний стан та пріоритетні напрями соці ального інвестування на селі. EN: The main objective of the article is to determine the essence of social investments, their status and peculiarities of implementation in the countryside. Based on the development of scientific sources, it was concluded that social investments are directed towards the development of social media objects. The main objects of the social environment include social infrastructure, social standards, as well as human and social capital. On the basis of the analysis of the status of the social infrastructure of the village, it was proposed to perform the tasks set out in the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Concept for the Development of Rural Areas, and the need for significant amounts of social investments was indicated. One of the most important social standards is the income level of the population. We analyze the dynamics of the share of labor costs in the costs of agricultural production and services in agricultural enterprises of various organizational and legal forms of management in the Zaporozhye region. It is concluded that the incomes of the rural population are significantly behind the growth of production costs, which ultimately adversely affects the living standards of the rural population. We analyze the indicators, which together with many other factors create conditions for the formation and development of human capital. The development of human capital, which is capable of generating income as a result of the intensification of innovation, itself requires significant investments that are rightfully attributed to social investment. Formation of social capital of the village will contribute to the creation of united territorial communities. At the national level, development and implementation of state policies aimed at higher productivity and employment, better indicators of health, social integration, and higher quality of life of the population are needed. At the international level, a well-founded strategy for the effective interaction of international donors and government structures is needed.
