Симптоматика фінансової безпеки в управлінні санаційною спроможністю аграрних підприємств

Abstract

UK: Розглянуто системний підхід до оцінювання симптомів втрати фінансової безпеки в управлінні санаційною спроможністю аграрних підприємств. Розроблено показник інтегрального рівня санаційної спроможності (платоспроможності) підприємств, на основі часткових складових рівня безпеки фінансового потенціалу. Доведено, що впровадження ефективних санаційних стратегій та дієвих інструментів відновлення санаційної спроможності в аграрних підприємствах дозволяє компенсувати систематичні та істотні втрати у фінансового-господарській діяльності суб’єктів господарювання галузі сільського господарства. EN: The systematic approach to assessing the symptoms of loss of financial security in the management of sanation capacity of agrarian enterprises is considered. It is substantiated that the mechanism of financial security on the basis of the use of tools of tactical and strategic management of sanitation capacity creates favorable conditions for qualitative transformations in the financial and economic activity of agrarian enterprises by means of realization of a complex of interconnected multifactor levers of forecasting of the modern environment of their functioning. The indicator of integral level of sanation capacity (solvency) of enterprises is developed on the basis of partial components of level of safety of financial potential. Estimation of the integrated level of sanation capacity (solvency) of an agrarian enterprise on the basis of partial components (financial coefficients) is carried out using the elements of the theory of utility and the Harrington function. The transfer of various variables into a single one for all scales eliminates the complications and makes it possible to combine, in the generalized indicator, the individual indices of various dimensions. It has been determined that the sanation capacity (solvency) of an agrarian enterprise as an opportunity to withstand a crisis is not an independent value, since it primarily relates to the stage and depth of the financial crisis (complex solvency) that a business entity can survive due to the presence of a corresponding financial potential. In this case, the sanation capacity of an agrarian enterprise is not a constant but a function of several variables, among which the very financial crisis of the enterprise itself is its main, its depth, nature and causes of occurrence. This allows to compensate systematic and substantial losses of financial security of the entity.
