UK: В статті проаналізовані елементи ринку землі та земельного обороту, уточнено їх класифікацію та склад. Запропоновано виділяти первинний та вторинний ринок землі. З метою об’єктивного аналізу обсягів земельного обороту обґрунтовано необхідність розробки методики обчислень структурних показників без повторного рахунку. EN: In article are analysed elements of the market of the ground and a ground moving, their classification and structure is specified. It is offered to designate the primary and secondary market of the ground. With the purpose of the objective analysis of volumes of a ground moving, necessity of development of a technique of calculations of structural parameters without the repeated account is proved.
