Експериментальні дослідження процесу змішування води з концентратом у протитечійно-струминному змішувачі

Abstract

UK: Представлено результати експериментальних досліджень процесу протитечійно-струминного змішування води з концентратом для виготовлення солодких напоїв. Надано схему експериментальної установки, описано принцип її роботи. Наведені залежності вмісту концентрату в змішаному розчині від тиску подачі води, напору концентрату, величини кільцевого зазору в приймальній камері і відстані між форсунками. Представлено оптимальні конструктивно-технологічні параметри змішувача для забезпечення необхідного вмісту концентрату в готовому розчині. EN: The results of experimental studies of the process of counter-jet mixing of water with a concentrate for the production of sweet drinks are presented. The scheme of the experimental setup is given, describes principle of operation. The dependences of the content of concentrate in the mixed solution on the pressure of the water supply, concentrate pressure, the size of the annular gap in the receiving chamber and the distance between the nozzles are given. The optimal design and technological parameters of the mixer were determined to provide the required concentrate content in the finished solution.
