Еколого-економічні інструменти формування доходів та витрат мисливських господарств

Abstract

UA: Обґрунтовано, що успіх досягнення еколого-економічного розвитку мисливського господарства в Україні залежить від багатьох важелів та регуляторів, які імплементують системний підхід до формування доходів та витрат. Розроблено концептуальну модель системного підходу до удосконалення фундаментальних еколого-економічних інструментів формування доходів та витрат мисливських господарств. Доведено, що система відновлення екологічної стійкості природного капіталу на засадах еколого-економічних інструментів має якісні властивості індивідуальної форми прояву. EN: It is substantiated that the success of achieving the ecological and economic development of the hunting industry in Ukraine depends on many levers and regulators that implement a systematic approach to the formation of income and expenses, ensuring progress towards minimizing the negative consequences of the influence of anthropogenic factors that differ from the laws of nature and seek to make adjustments to resource limitations in the natural living environment of man, creating a sense of illusion regarding the independence of economic activity of subjects from nature and, at the same time, remaining a part of nature. A conceptual model of a systemic approach to the improvement of fundamental ecological and economic tools for the formation of income and expenses of hunting farms has been developed, which allows for the development of strategic goals and indicative indicators of biodiversity conservation in the habitat of wild animals, ensuring the protection, reproduction and sustainable use of species of hunting fauna. These include the complexity of the quantitative accounting and valuation of all components of hunting resources, the regional differentiation of the assessment of income and expenses of hunting farms, the introduction of the productive contribution of human resources and their impact on the natural environment in the calculations of the cost recovery of hunting activities. The criterion for the effectiveness of the use and reproduction of hunting fauna is the integral ecological and economic effect, which accumulates both in the process of protection and in the process of rational use of wildlife resources.
