UA: В статті розглянуто основні інструменти комунікації в освітньому процесі. Якість підготовки фахівців та проблеми, з якими стикається сьогодні освіта, вимагають значних змін та реформ у сфері форм та методів викладання. Розвиток цифрових технологій увійшов і до освітньої сфери, зокрема у засоби трансляції професійних знань і навичок. Зроблено огляд наявних онлайн-ресурсів і способів використання інструментів комунікації для спілкування та створення навчальних матеріалів, які зараз застосовують у всіх сферах діяльності особливо в умовах пандемії та воєнного стану. Нові технології мають значний вплив на життя «цифрового покоління», роблячи кращу комунікацію та впровадження найновіших інформаційних систем. Важливою перевагою інструментів комунікації є їх повна сумісність між собою та можливість взаємної інтеграції. Важливим компонентом з підвищення якості вищої освіти, у тому числі і фахівців АПК як майбутніх постачальників сільськогосподарської продукції, є оновлення системи підготовки та супроводу компетентного вчителя. Висвітлено актуальність впровадження підготовки фахівців АПК, адже агропромисловий комплекс займає особливе місце у житті суспільства, оскільки забезпечує людей продовольством. EN: The article discusses the main communication tools in the educational process. The quality of specialist training and the problems facing education today require significant changes and reforms in the field of teaching forms and methods. The development of digital technologies has also entered the educational sphere, in particular, the means of broadcasting professional knowledge and skills. An overview of available online resources and ways of using communication tools for communication and creating educational materials, which are currently used in all spheres of activity, especially in the conditions of a pandemic and martial law, was made. New technologies have a significant impact on the lives of the "digital generation", making better communication and the introduction of the latest information systems. An important advantage of communication tools is their complete compatibility with each other and the possibility of mutual integration. An important component for improving the quality of higher education, including agribusiness specialists as future suppliers of agricultural products, is the renewal of the system of training and support of a competent teacher. The relevance of the implementation of the training of agro-industrial complex specialists is highlighted, because the agro-industrial complex occupies a special place in the life of society, as it provides people with food. In the conditions of distance learning, the key role belongs to the teacher who fully implements digital technologies in education. It is not only the use of new online tools, but also the creation of a living environment that opens up new opportunities for learning at any time, both for teachers and students. This is continuous education, design of individual educational routes, development and distribution of own educational products. Therefore, there is a need to develop and improve the level of mastery of digital tools, which allows the use of electronic educational resources for the purpose of search, logical selection, systematization, use of educational material and organization of an effective educational process.
