Отримання мастер-моделі з восківки методом лиття

Abstract

UA: В роботі розглянуто поліпшення виробничого циклу за рахунок відмови від вирізування вручну моделей, застосування 3D-принтера і литва у форми- моноліти. В ході виконання проекту було продемонстровано етапи виготовлення від створення ескізу виробу та отримання STL-моделі для розробки технології масового виготовлення моделі методом тиражування в еластичних прес-формах. Для вирішення цього завдання передбачалося виконання наступних етапів: 1. Розробка дизайну, 2. Створення 3D-моделі, 3. Розробка STL-моделі, 4. Виготовлення восківки на 3D-принтері, 5. Отримання майстер-моделі з восківки методом лиття, 6. Виготовлення прес-форми для масового виробництва. Сучасні тенденції розвитку різних галузей промисловості стимулюють розвиток високої продуктивності і конкурентоздатних видів техніки і технологій, які забезпечуватимуть строгі вимоги до якості і експлуатаційних властивостей продуктів при економії матеріальних, енергетичних ресурсів і трудових витрат, зниження себистоимости виробництва, що має важливе значення для машинобудування. У роботі розглянуті загальні питання аналізу виробів складної форми, основні методи їх отримання, питання проектування і виготовлення оснащення для таких виробів, а також показано рішення задачі отримання одного з даних виробів. Завдяки сучасним технологіям, можливо, виготовити будь-які найскладніші форми. Дизайнерові завжди необхідно мати хороше уявлення про процес отримання виробу, в нашому випадку, знати технологію литва по моделях, що виплавляються, у форми-моноліти. Майстер-модель вирішено виготовити із сплаву, що дозволить судити про технологічність виробу і оцінити можливість утворення навіть найдрібніших дефектів. EN: The improvement of productive cycle is in-process considered due to abandonment from excision by hand of models, application of 3D-принтера and casting in forms-monoliths. In hired the design of by volume wares is presented with the use of the system ArtCAM JewelSmith. During implementation of project the stages of making of fingering were shown from creation of sketch of good and receipt of model STL- for the system of rapid protoportschen to development of technology of the mass making of model by a circulating method in elastic press-forms. To solve this problem, the following stages were envisaged: 1-development of design, 2.- creation of a 3D model, 3- development of an STL model, 4- production of a stencil on a 3D printer, 5- obtaining a master model from a stencil by casting, 6 - production of a mold for mass production of a product. Modern progress of different industries of industry trends stimulates development of high yield and competitive types of technique and technologies, that will provide strict requirements to quality and operating properties of products at the economy of material, power resources and labour expenses, decline of production cost, that has an important value for an engineer. The general questions of analysis of wares of difficult form, basic methods of their receipt, questions of planning and making of rigging, are in-process considered for such wares, and also the decision of task of receipt of one of the examined wares is shown. Due to modern technologies, maybe, to make any most difficult forms. A designer always must have a good idea about the process of receipt of good, in our case, to know technology of casting on the smelted models in forms-monoliths. As a model it is assumed to pour off from gold, master-model it is decided to make from a gold alloy, that will allow to judge about a manufacturability ware and to estimate possibility of education even of shallow defects.
