Партійна ідеологія сучасної України: стан та перспективи

Abstract

UK: Досліджується та визначається місце і роль партійної ідеології в сучасній Україні. Підкреслюється, що найдієвішим засобом перетворення волі індивідів у колективну волю, забезпечення участі громадян у формуванні політики держави є саме політичні партії, кожна з яких має власні ідеологічні засади, систему норм і цінностей, що зорієнтовані та розраховані на конкретні соціальні групи. Аналізується стан та перспективи розвитку партійної ідеології. В цьому контексті робиться висновок, що за час, який минув із дня проголошення незалежності України, практично жодній політичній партії так і не вдалося стати потужною ідеологічною силою, яка би впродовж певного часу здійснювала більш–менш істотний вплив на соціально–політичний процес у державі. Партійні ідеології абстрактні, не цілеспрямовані і не мають конкретного ціннісного змісту. Партійні лідери, партійні еліти не харизматичні, не яскраві. Жоден лідер з найбільших політичних сил в Україні не зможе напевно дати відповідь на питання: яку ідеологію він сповідує? Актуалізується та обґрунтовується необхідність формування консолідаційної ідеології, відтворення системи цінностей, які б об’єднували учасників політичного процесу, здатних консолідувати українську громаду і привести український народ до злагоди і процвітання. На наш погляд, ключовими цінностями ідеології будь–якої партії повинна стати відчуття відповідальності за долю країни, патріотизм, гуманізм, демократія, соціальна справедливість. Це і є основними напрямами партійної ідеології у формуванні громадської думки та громадського виховання. EN: Investigated and determined the place and the role of party ideology in contemporary Ukraine. It is emphasized that the most effective means of converting the will of the individuals in the collective will, ensuring the participation of citizens in shaping the policy of the state is precisely the political parties, each of which has its own ideological principles, a system of norms and values, oriented and designed for a specific social group. Analyzed the condition and prospects of development of party ideology. In this context, the conclusion is made that for the time that has elapsed since the day of independence of Ukraine, practically no one political party has failed to become a powerful ideological force that would be for a certain period of time carried out more or less significant influence on socio–political process in the state. Party ideology abstract, not focused and do not have specific values. Party leaders, party elites not charismatic, not bright. No leader of the most influential political forces in Ukraine will not be able, perhaps, to answer the question: what kind of ideology he confesses? Updated and the necessity for formation of consolidation ideology, reproduction system of values, which would unite the participants of the political process, capable to consolidate the Ukrainian society and to lead the Ukrainian people into harmony and prosperity. In our opinion, the key values of the ideology of any party should be the feeling of responsibility for the destiny of the country, patriotism, humanism, democracy, social justice. These are the main directions of party ideology in the formation of public thought and civic education.
