Abstract

UK: У статті обґрунтовано необхідність вдосконалення управління проектами інноваційного роз-витку підприємств торгівлі. Розглянуто основні етапи управління проектами, його особливості для підпри-ємств торгівлі. Проаналізовано стан управління проектами інноваційного розвитку підприємств торгівлі За-порізького регіону, визначено пріоритетні напрями їх подальшої інноваційної діяльності. EN: Today's changing market environment, in which only all economic entities operate, causes increased competition. This also applies to trade enterprises and encourages them to find ways to im-prove their efficiency, from working with suppliers and intermediaries to customer service. Formulation of the goals of the article. The objectives of this article are to study the stages of project management; substantiation of recommendations for improving this process for projects of innovative development of trade enterpris-es in order to increase the economic efficiency of their activities and ensure competitiveness. The article substantiates the need to improve the management of projects of innovative development of trade enter-prises. The basic stages of project management, its features for trade enterprises are considered. The state of manage-ment of projects of innovative development of trade enterprises of the Zaporozhe region is analyzed, priority directions of their further innovative activity are determined. The first place among the directions of innovative activity at the researched enterprises by priority is taken by enter-ing new markets with existing goods. Offering new products (services) and organizational and managerial innovations take second and third place (in terms of the number of responses), respectively. New sources of resources and the in-troduction of new technologies rank fourth and fifth, respectively. Conclusions. The process of project management of innovative development of trade enterprises involves the im-plementation of a set of tasks related to the development and implementation of business ideas: determining the need for material, labor, financial, information resources, sources and methods of obtaining them, evaluating the final re-sults of the project, risk, economic efficiency, competitiveness of the idea. Further, more specific research is needed on the methodology of project management of trade enterprises at each stage, taking into account the practical characteristics of activities and a set of factors of both internal and external environment that directly affect the development of each individual trade entity entrepreneurship.
