Критерії і показники сформованості гендерної культури у студентства аграрних закладів вищої освіти

Abstract

UK: У статті здійснено аналіз наукових підходів до розроблення критеріїв та показників сформованості гендерної культури студентів аграрних закладів вищої освіти. Проблема формування гендерної культури студентів аграрних закладів вищої освіти не була предметом спеціального дослідження науковців, тому зростає актуальність досліджуваного питання в тому, що зміна економічних відносин на селі, перехід до нових аграрних відносин вимагають змін у характері та змісті праці, а отже, й у системі підготовки фахівців сільського господарства. Основою для розуміння означених питань є положення гендерної теорії про соціальне конструювання гендеру та гендерної рівності: про єдність та взаємозумовленість гендерних знань, гендерних цінностей, гендерних норм поведінки як складників гендерної культури студентів; про вплив психофізіологічних особливостей студентської молоді на її гендерні характеристики; про формування гендерної ідентичності сім’єю та різними інститутами; про конструювання гендеру індивідами на рівні свідомості. У досліджені встановлено, що попри незначні розбіжності в назвах компонентів гендерної культури, науковці про- понують загальноприйняте бачення щодо визначення критеріїв і відповідних їм показників, які характеризують сформованість гендерної культури студентів університету. Запропоновано систему критеріїв та показників сформованості гендерної культури студентів закладів вищої освіти. Основними критеріями визначено когнітивний компонент (знаннєво-змістовий); рефлексивний компонент (аксіологічний, аналітичний); дієво-практичний компонент (діяльнісний, практико-орієнтований). Узагальнено дані щодо рівнів сформованості гендерної культури студентів аграрного ЗВО. Розкрито показники рівнів сформованості гендерної культури досліджуваної категорії студентів. Гендерна культура студентів аграрних ЗВО є основою діагностування поточного стану та аналізу результативності педагогічних впливів на досліджувану категорію студентів. EN: The article presents the analysis of the scientific approaches to the development of criteria and indicators of gender culture formation among students at agricultural universities. The problem has not become the subject of special research so far. Therefore the relevance of the gender culture issue is growing together with changing economic situation in rural areas as well as the transition to new agribusiness relations. That requires changes in the nature and content of professional activity as well as in approaches to agricultural specialists education. The basis for understanding these issues was a number of provisions of gender theory on the socialconstruction of gender and gender equality. Firstly, it was the unity and interdependence of gender knowledge, gender values, gender norms of behavior as components of gender culture of students. Secondly, we applied the provision about the influence of psychophysiological features of student youth on their gender characteristics. Thirdly, the research was based on the formation of gender identity by the family and various institutions. Finally, we consider the provision about the construction of gender by individuals at the level of consciousness. The study found that despite the slight differences in the names of the components of gender culture, researchers offer a common vision for determining the criteria and corresponding indicators that characterize the level of gender culture formation among university students. A system of criteria and indicators for the students’ gender culture formation, while studying at higher education institutions, was proposed. The main criteria included the cognitive component (knowledge and content); reflexive component (axiological, analytical) andeffective practical component (activity, practiceoriented). The data on the levels of gender culture formation among students at agrarian universities were generalized. The indicators of the levels of gender culture formation among studied category of students were revealed. Gender culture of students of agrarian free economic zones is the basis of diagnostics of the current state and analysis of the effectiveness of pedagogical influences on the studied category of students.
