Проектирование шнекового пресса для отжима растительных масел методом подобия

Abstract

RU: Раньше в Украине выращивали клещевину и перерабатывали на касторовое масло. Однако, по причине отсутствия ныне ее переработки, выращивание клещевины прекратили. Наши эскизные проработки и технико-экономическое обоснование показали, что целесообразно строить мин-заводы производительностью 15; 30 и 45 т/сутки по исходному сырью Для создания таких мин-заводов по переработке семян клещевины оборудование отсутствует. Поэтому необходимо разрабатывать новую технологию для мин-заводов и новое оборудование. Одним из основных технологических процессами при переработке семян клещевины есть процесс отжима масла в шнековых прессах. Из-за сложности явлений, происходящих при прессовании, и недостаточности их изученности нет полной теории работы шнековых прессов. Поэтому целесообразно выбрать лучший, уже отработанный и проверенный на переработке семян клещевине пресс и по его подобию создать экспериментальный пресс. Опыт заводов Молдавии по переработке семян клещевины по схеме прессования – экстракция показал хорошую работу производственного форпресса ФП. В предлагаемой работе разработан метод подобия применительно к созданию шнековых прессов по их прототипу и определены основных параметры и технологические режимы форпресса производительностью 625 кг/ч по его прототипу форпрессу ФП. Расчёт начинается с численного влияния ширины выходной щели на коэффициент возврата мятки в прессе и соответственное определение величины, отражающей производительность пресса в зависимости от его конструктивных размеров. Это позволяет выбрать рациональный размер диаметра приёмного витка экспериментального пресса. Линейные размеры экспериментального пресса определяются по линейному коэффициенту подобия, равному отношению диаметров приёмных витков экспериментального пресса и его оригинала пресса ФП. Рабочие сечения определяются плоскостному коэффициенту подобия, определяемому по соотношению квадратичных диаметров приёмных витков экспериментального пресса и его оригинала пресса ФП. По полученным коэффициентам подобия и исходным данным форпресса ФП определяются параметры и режимы работы экспериментального пресса.
