Дослідження керованості руху орного мта з фронтальним плугом без опорного колеса

Abstract

UA: Сучасне аграрне виробництво характеризується використанням орних агрегатів за схемою push-pull. Її особливістю є використання фронтального плуга. Зазвичай таке орне знаряддя використовують з опорним колесом. Дослідження розглядає процес аналізу стійкості руху орного агрегату з фронтальним плугом з опорним колесом (варіант 1) порівняно з варіантом без нього (варіант 2). Дослідженнями уста новлено при застосуванні агрегату за варіантом 2 спектр коливань кута повороту керованих коліс трактора є бажано вужчим за спектр коливань цього ж параметра для агрегату з фронтальним плугом, обладнаним опорним колесом. Спектр коливань курсового кута трактора вужчий, ніж спектр коливань кута повороту його керованих коліс. В орного агрегату за варіантом 2, як у динамічної системи, має місце позитивний кореляційний зв’язок між входом (керувальним впливом) і виходом. Максимальне значення цього зв’язку сягає позначки 0,9. А це у 1,8 раза більше порівняно з орним агрегатом за варіантом 1. Практично це означає, що застосування фронтального плуга без опорного колеса забезпечує більш тісний кореляційний зв’язок між кутом повороту керованих коліс трактора і його курсовим кутом. У практичному сенсі це вказує на задовільну керованість руху орного МТА за новою схемою. /// EN: Using plough units characterizes modern agricultural production according to the “push-pull” scheme. Its feature is the use of a front plough. Usually, this plough tool is used with a support wheel. This study considers analyzing the stability of the plough movement unit with a front plough with a support wheel (option 1) compared to the option without it (option 2). The studies have established that when using the unit according to option 2, theoscillations spectrum of the tractor-steered wheels’ rotation angle is narrower than that of the same parameter for the unit with a front plough equipped with a support wheel. The oscillation spectrum of the tractor course angle is narrower than the oscillation spectrum of the angle of rotation of its steered wheels. This result is inherent in both options of the plough machine-tractor unit. In the plough unit, according to option 2, as in the dynamic system, there is a positive correlation between the input (control influence) and the output. The maximum value of this relationship reaches 0.9. And this is 1.8 times more than in the plough unit according to option 1. In practice, this means that using a front plow without a support wheel provides a closer correlation between the rotation angle of the tractor’s steered wheels and its course angle.
