Функціональний симбіоз домінуючих факторів забезпечення фінансової безпеки суб’єктів агропродовольчого ринку України

Abstract

UA: В статті визначено функціональний симбіоз домінуючих критеріїв макро- та локально- регіональних систем, що забезпечують фінансову безпеку суб’єктів агропродовольчого ринку України в єдиній моделі відновлення їх фінансової активності та в кризових умовах стимулюють до формування міжтериторі- ального співробітництва в аграрному секторі економіки. Обґрунтовано математичний інструментарій оціню- вання фінансової безпеки суб’єктів агропродовольчого ринку в середовищі макро- та локально-регіональних систем, із врахуванням симбіозу домінуючих факторів, що впливають на їх стійкість розвитку. Обґрунтовано доцільність здійснення унормування індикаторів із врахуванням їх порогових значень, вагових коефіцієнтів при розрахунку інтегрального рівня стабільного стану фінансової безпеки суб’єктів агропродовольчого ринку. EN: The article defines the functional symbiosis of the dominant criteria of macro- and local-regional systems, which ensure the financial security of subjects of the agro-food market of Ukraine in a single model of restoring their financial activity and, in crisis conditions, stimulate the formation of inter-territorial cooperation in the agrarian sector of the economy. The hierarchical structure of inter-territorial cooperation of agro-food market subjects ensures accelerated distribution of financial resources in the event of a threat of capital loss. The mathematical toolkit for the systematic assessment of the financial security of agro-food market subjects in the environment of macro- and localregional systems, taking into account the symbiosis of dominant factors affecting their sustainability of development, is substantiated. Quantitative and qualitative criteria of a stable state of financial security have been defined, which warn against external and internal threats and identify the threshold interval of a stable state of the indicator. It has been proven that the developed functionality of the symbiosis of system factors to ensure the financial security of the subjects of the agro-food market in the environment of macro- and local-regional systems has a stimulating and disincentive nature. A number of indicators are proposed for evaluating the functional symbiosis of factors that ensure the financial security of agro-food market entities. This makes it possible to neutralize real and potential threats in a single model of rebalancing the financial cycle. The expediency of normalizing indicators taking into account their threshold values, weighting factors when calculating the integral level of the stable state of financial security of subjects of the agro-food market is substantiated.
