UA: Розкрито механізм здійснення SWOT-аналізу для підприємства сфери послуг, показано особливості його застосування для оцінки впливу факторів бізнес-середовища на діяльність підприємства, що надає послуги теплопостачання. Охарактеризовано основні складові елементи SWOT-аналізу, що враховують особливості підприємства. Виявлено проблеми та надано оцінку їх значимості для підприємства, запропоновано можливі шляхи їх вирішення. EN: In the arsenal of modern economic science, there are various methods of analyzing the business environment, developed by scientists of various fields of knowledge. One of the most common methods is the SWOT analysis, which involves analyzing the external environment and comparing it with the company's internal capabilities. Domestic and foreign practice has shown the possibility of applying SWOT analysis for enterprises of various types of economic activity. However, it is mostly used in the field of material production. However, today's realities testify to the rapid growth of the service sector and its increasing importance in the economic systems of many countries of the world. Therefore, the specifics of SWOT analysis for enterprises in the service sector are becoming relevant for modern economic theory and practice.Research results. A questionnaire was developed for the SWOT analysis, which allowed us to find out the most significant opportunities and threats, as well as the company's strengths and weaknesses, according to the economic and administrative staff of the company. This survey allowed us to develop the most significant and significant SWOT analysis table and highlight the main problems and opportunities in the company's activities. Conclusion. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, as well as taking into account the specifics of the operation of Teplo-Melitopol LLC as a company in the service sector, we proposed measures aimed at improving the production and economic activity of the company: optimize the organization of processes at the company to maintain the outflow of customers; increase attention to personnel by increasing non-material incentives, search for young specialists who prefer experience to monetary incentives; maintain service quality and increase own influence due to new ways of communicating with clients; develop and promote new products of the enterprise to the market, introduce consulting services on heating equipment, its repair as alternatives to the enterprise's products; introduce tougher sanctions for non-payment of services; conduct negotiations with state authorities to find faster compensation alternatives; search for reserve funds using the points indicated above.
