Компетентнісний підхід у підготовці здобувачів-енергетиків у процесі вивчення теоретичних основ електротехніки

Abstract

UA: Впровадження компетентнісного підходу передбачає високу готовність випускника-енергетика ВНЗ до успіш ної діяльності в енергетичній сфері, тому що безперечною перевагою компетентнісного над іншими традиційними та інноваційними підходами є його результативно-цільова спрямованість освіти.//// EN: Implementation of competency-based approach implies high readiness of power engineering graduates for successful activ ities in the field of power engineering. The competence-based approach is result-oriented and target-oriented and has an indis putable advantage over other traditional and innovative approaches. Ukrainian society is under the influence of rapid changes in living conditions, the strengthening of competitive foundations and the establishment of research and innovation type of development, rethinking values and strategies for human existence. New challenges require adequate modernization of the educational system as a leading factor in social reproduction, successful human life and further improvement. Ukrainian society and industry need power engineering specialists with the universality of knowledge. Therefore, the main goal of education modernization is to strengthen the professional training of specialists capable of solving industrial, scientific problems in close connection with the task of preserving and enriching human values. Society needs a competent person who, on the basis of independent critical thinking and responsible thinking, will be ready and able not only to identify production problems, but also to prevent their occurrence and be able to find rational solutions. Among the tasks that need to be solved as a matter of priority today is the effective training and professional development of power engineering specialists. The article deals with the essence, functions and peculiarities of the competence-based approach in the training of applicants for power engineering by the example of studying the discipline "Theoretical foundations of electrical engineering", carried out a theoretical analysis of scientific sources to investigate the peculiarities of this approach in the practice of higher education.
