Підвищення ефективності експлуатації меліоративних машин

Abstract

UK: В статті вказано види меліоративних робіт, які машини застосовуються для проведення меліоративно-будівельних робіт, надано основні ознаки, що визначають меліоративну машину. Описано алгоритм процесу вибору оптимальної забезпеченості ремонтно-технічних впливів на агрегати культуртехнічних комплексів. Надано варіанти організації виконання непланових ремонтів машин під час виконання меліоративних робіт. Встановлено, що оптимальна забезпеченість ремонтно-технічних впливів на агрегати культуртехнічних комплексів дозволяє знизити на 50-90% частку витрат від простоїв агрегатів з технічних причин та на 25-60% питомі експлуатаційні витрати. На підставі досліджень розроблено рекомендації щодо визначення оптимальної забезпеченості ремонтно-технічних впливів на агрегати культуртехнічних комплексів та організації виконання непланових ремонтів спеціалізованими службами, у тому числі дилерами заводів-виробників. EN: Nowadays, due to the widespread use of complex mechanization in reclamation construction, the issue of efficient use of machines as part of the technological complex is especially acute. In this regard, the problem of operation of technological complexes of machines and determining their optimal composition when performing reclamation works, forecasting their effectiveness, taking into account the actual indicators of reliability, are very relevant. The purpose of this work is to establish the causes of downtime of basic and aggregate machines and provide recommendations for the organization of their consequences. The article indicates the types of reclamation works, which machines are used for reclamation and construction works, as well as the main features that define the reclamation machine. The algorithm of the process of selection of the optimal provision of repair and technical influences on the units of cultural and technical complexes is described in the work. The dynamics of changes in the unit costs for the operation of four cultural and technical complexes and their components depending on the provision of repair and technical impacts is presented graphically. The article presents the main options for organizing the implementation of unscheduled repairs of machines during the reclamation works and reveals the essence of each of them. It is established that the optimal provision of repair and technical effects on the units of cultural complexes allows to reduce by 50-90% the share of costs from downtime of units for technical reasons and by 25-60% specific operating costs. On the basis of researches recommendations on definition of optimum maintenance of repair and technical influences on units of cultural and technical complexes and the organization of performance of unscheduled repairs by specialized services, including dealers of factories-manufacturers are developed. На основании исследований разработаны рекомендации по определению оптимальной обеспеченности ремонтно-технических воздействий на агрегаты культуртехнических комплексов и организации выполнения неплановых ремонтов специализированными службами, в том числе дилерами заводов-производителей.
