Abstract

UK: У статті роман П. Зюскінда розглядається з позиції пародіювання просвітницьких уявлень про суть людської особистості та джерела творчості. Визначено, що автор для вираження своєї концепції обирає відповідного героя, наділяє його особливими здібностями, однак позбавляє особистості, вираженої в цьому випадку через метафору запаху, що змушує протагоніста шукати власну ідентичність. EN: In the article P. Zuskind’s novel is considered from the standpoint of parodying ideas of the Age of Enlightenment about the essence of human personality and the source of creativity. It is determined that the author chooses the appropriate character to express his concept, endows him with special abilities, but deprives him of the personality expressed in this case through the metaphor of smell, which forces the protagonist to seek his own identity.
