Оцінка ефективності кадрового забезпечення та напрями розвитку персоналу сільськогосподарських підприємств за умов транзитивності економіки України

Abstract

UK: У статті проаналізовано та обґрунтовано теоретичні підходи до обґрунтування діючих напрямів розвитку персоналу як базису відтворення ресурсів для праці на підприємстві, а також надано фактичну оцінку стану кадрового забезпечення сучасного сільськогосподарського підприємства півдня України. RU: В статье проанализированы и обоснованы теоретические подходы к обоснованию действующих направлений развития персонала как базиса воспроизводства ресурсов для труда на предприятии, а также предоставлено фактическую оценку состояния кадрового обеспечения современного сельскохозяйственного предприятия юга Украины. EN: Under the conditions of European integration, the competitive position of enterprises is increasingly determined by personnel focused on gaining competitive advantages in education, work results, capable of intellectual and professional development, development and implementation of innovations at world standards, creating competitive products. Among these processes, an important place belongs to increasing the competitiveness of labor potential of enterprises, and hence the issue of assessing the use and degree of development of their staff. This is especially relevant for agricultural enterprises of Ukraine in the transition period in the economy. After all, it is the potential of agricultural workers, along with labor-intensive work, that is most underestimated. Thus, one of the keys to the success of creating and implementing an effective system of personnel reproduction management is the practical creation of an effective production environment at the enterprise by ensuring the remuneration of the employee from the results and skills, maximum interest of people in realizing their physical or intellectual potential. After all, competitive staff, led by competitive management and armed with modem technical means can ensure high quality and productivity, which forms the competitiveness of products, which is required by the market. And already competitiveness of production provides a market position of the manufacturer, forms its financial condition and is a guarantee of achievement of high competitiveness of the enterprise as a whole. Therefore, the creation of conditions for the development of competitive personnel in the sense of effective use of human resources is a priority and the most important condition for ensuring the successful operation of modem enterprises in the agricultural sector of the economy.
