Формування витрат енергоносіїв на виробництво тваринницької продукції

Abstract

UK: Обґрунтовано необхідність та методичні підходи до формування нормативних витрат енерго-носіїв на виробництво продукції тваринництва. Побудовано системну модель формування системно-комплексних нормативів їх витрачання. При цьому формування витрат енергоносіїв розглянуто комплексно у декількох аспектах: за їх видами, за операційними складовими технологічного процесу, за періодами виробничого процесу. Обґрунтовано, що витрати енергоносіїв по конкретних операціях формуються під впливом комплексу нормоутворюючих чинників: виробничі і технологічні чинники; рівень механізації та електрифікації технологічних процесів; кліматичні умови, наявне устаткування та способи забезпечення мікроклімату. EN: Ensuring the economic and financial stability of agricultural enterprises in a market environment requires the improvement of principles and methods of formation of costs for production, which is due to the production resources used by the enterprise. Production management on the basis of economic norms and standards, called normative management, makes it possible to determine the rational value and the most favorable ratio between the components of costs and final results of production. In animal husbandry over 70% of production costs of the vast majority of products are material costs. That is, we are talking about the high material consumption of livestock products. The formation of the latter is dominated by the cost of feed resources. Despite numerous scientific developments, the problem of creating an effective mechanism for regulatory energy costs for the production of livestock products, which would take into account the specifics of the industry, remains unresolved. All this testifies to the urgency of the topic, and thus led to the choice of research direction in scientific and practical aspects. The article substantiates the need and methodological approaches to the formation of regulatory energy costs for livestock production. A system model of formation of system-complex norms of their consumption is constructed. At the same time, the formation of energy costs is considered comprehensively in several aspects: by their types, by operational components of the technological process, by periods of the production process. It is substantiated that energy costs for specific operations are formed under the influence of a set of norm-setting factors: production and technological factors; level of mechanization and electrification of technological processes; climatic conditions, available equipment and ways to ensure the microclimate. Построено системную модель формирования системно-комплексных нормативов их расходования. При этом формирование расходов энергоносителей рассмотрено комплексно в нескольких аспектах: по их видам, по операционными составляющими технологического процесса, по периодам производственного процесса. Обосновано, что затраты энергоносителей по конкретным операциям формируются под влиянием комплекса нормообразующих факторов: производственные и технологические факторы; уровень механизации и электрификации технологических процессов; климатические условия; имеющееся оборудование и способы обеспечения микроклимата.
