Abstract

UK: В статті досліджено теоретичні та методологічні аспекти розвитку експортоорієнтованої діяльності селянських господарств на засадах кооперації. Обґрунтовано необхідність розвитку диверсифікованої обслуговуючої кооперації як запоруки конкурентоспроможного функціонування малих форм аграрного виробництва. Сформульовано базові принципи організації експортоорієнтованого розвитку селянських господарств на принципах кооперації. Розроблено алгоритм формування системи коопераційних утворень на базі селянських господарств, яка орієнтована на зовнішній ринок. EN: Introduction One of the promising areas of economic activity for the domestic peasantry is the foreign markets for agricultural products, both in raw materials and in finished form. Cheap labor, soil fertility are the natural advantages of farms, which potentially allow them to be in a better position than their foreign counterparts. Under these conditions, the issue of consolidation of peasant farms in the form of integration entities of cooperative-corporate types becomes especially relevant. The purpose of this article is to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of ensuring the export-oriented economic activity of the farms on the principles of service cooperation, taking into account global and national socio-economic trends and processes. Results. The results of the study proved the relevance of ensuring the development of export-oriented economic activities of domestic peasant farms on the basis of cooperation. The structure of the State Target Concept is analyzed development programs for the agricultural sector until 2020 for appropriate governmental measures. A plan for the development of an export-oriented network of service cooperatives based on peasant farms has been developed. Conclusions. The study analyzed the theoretical and practical aspects of the process of creating cooperative associations based on peasant farms in order to further ensure their export-oriented economic activity. The article substantiates the need for a systematic approach to the study of the current state and prospects of development of the service cooperative on the basis of the small-scale sector of agricultural production. The main problems, the presence of which hinders the process of cooperative construction in the system of peasant farms, are formulated. A plan for the development of an exported network of serving cooperatives was developed, based on representatives of small forms of agricultural production. The results of practical implementation of a set of measures to stimulate the development of the foreign economic vector of economic activity of the small-scale agricultural sector are substantiated.
