EN: The paper considers the most significant aspects in formation of financial flows, the latter being an aggregate of objects of financial resources, formed out of certain sources or distributed to satisfy certain needs; they are characterized by common features, are constantly transferred and can be regarded as a single whole. It has been grounded that financial flows is a result of financial relations, that in their turn are based on organizational and economic relations of an enterprise in the sphere of money turnover, in the sphere of making, taking and implementation of managerial decisions and relations in the sphere of production factors usage. Organizational and economic relations, occurring in the sphere of enterprise management, also have considerable impact on scale, velocity and directions of enterprise financial flows. It has been proved that decisions taken in the sphere of planning, organization and control of the enterprise activities, motivation of employees to work demand attraction of certain amounts and types of financial resources, further transformed into outgoing financial flows in the process of implementation of managerial decisions and aimed at receiving incoming financial flows in future. The same refers to the interaction with subjects of market infrastructure, as these subjects provide certain spheres of the enterprise activity and cause the emergence of its financial flows.
