| Abstract: | UK: Досліджено вплив теплової обробки плодових овочів бактерицидно антиоксидантною композицією на розвиток мікробіологічних хвороб. Встановлено, що її застосування знижує кількість мікроорганізмів на поверхні плодів і зменшує ризик мікробіологічної інвазії за подовженого терміну зберігання. EN: The influence of heat treatment of vegetables antibacterial antioxidant composition on the development of microbial disease. It is established that its use reduces the number of microorganisms on the fruit surface and reduces the risk of microbiological infestation for an extended period of storage. |
